High-fat, high-carb meals more harmful to obese

In previous research they found that obese individuals have higher levels of oxidative stress and inflammation than normal-weight individuals. A new study shows that the obese people eat more high-fat and high-crab can be easier to have higher levels of oxidative stress and inflammation than normal-weight people.
