I know that latter teenagers are "maturer" than before, so I think the sex education is extremely important. There are some pieces of news about abortion, teenagers who cause an abortion lack for knowledge. An abortion is not only illegal but not good for girls. And I think the sex education should be applied to earlier teenagers.

In my opinion, the older people have a bad memory for everything and they get dementia easily. Not only dementia but other pathologies they can get easily, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and so on. These diseases may increase the risk of stroke, we should take care of them. Just like my grandfather, he seems to have a bad memory for everything. I try my best to let him recall everything. If I don't do this, I'm scared that he would get stroke easily.

I believe that some people try to be on a diet because they want to stay healthy not for good looking. People really should eat much fruit and vegetables and avoid high-fat and high-crab meal, it's really terrible. For your own good, try to eat much healthy food.
